Avian Specialty Veterinary Services ...of Alaska & Beyond!

About ASVS

Hi, I'm Dr. Scott Ford...

and I'm a specialist in avian medicine and surgery. I attend to pet and wild birds exclusively because, the way I see it, birds are a diverse group of animals with special needs and it requires focus to be the best at caring for them. I see patients in several locations within Alaska and Washington state. I am also available for consultations and wild bird research support anywhere in North America or beyond.

SPECIAL DATES: Dr. Ford will not be available for clinics or emergencies in western Washington State on the following dates in 2012: June 19-21, July 15-21. He will still be available for telephone consultations with veterinarians at 360-271-7000 or by e-mail at vet@avian-vet.com. Please contact one of the clinics above or your local emergency clinic for immediate assistance during those dates. Thank you!
